Shipping
We usually use FedEx, UPS and Registered Mail for our shipments. We charged $25 for FedEx and $40 for UPS and the $10 for the Registered Mail for each shipment. We ship item(s) at the same day after receiving the payments.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Finestones not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and exchanges

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Customers may return items within 14 days of delivery.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange, and ship the item back within 14 days after approval.

Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of purchase.

Yes. All of our gemstones are natural earth mined specimens. Certain stones are commonly heat treated and we disclose all treatments within the description.
